For the past four years, 1Life has been there to provide health and safety training not only for the Folklorama operations team, but for the Pavilion volunteers as well. They have also supported the development and implementation of a fully functioning safety management system.

“A favorite memory of mine is some of the first orientation we did with all the Pavilion Coordinators, “states Heineman. “I was so proud of the Folklorama Operations team and all the efforts to coordinate, taking these huge steps towards building a culture of safety that will sustain the health and safety of the organization into the future!  It was fun to meet with all of those Coordinators and orientate them to all of the aspects of a meaningful safety management system.”
