PRICE GUARANTEE

Prices listed are current and based on costs as of April 15, 2014. Should costs change, it may be necessary to increase the price of VIP World Tour. However, upon receipt of full payment at the Folklorama offices, no surcharge in respect to cost fluctuations will be levied. Payment is required upon booking.

CANCELLATION

Upon booking and payment, your VIP World Tour purchase is non-refundable, but transferable to another individual.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION

Upon payment received, change of tour is not permitted; however, the package can be transferred to another individual. Please notify the Folklorama office of all name changes at least two days prior to your tour.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Personal contact information will only be used to fulfill your specific requests in relation to VIP World Tour and to inform you of changes to or of future VIP World Tour opportunities.
