Choose one of our three themed tours and customize it to suit your needs! These tours are available year-round.

Northern Flavours

Foraged greens in a wooden bowlImmerse yourself in the cultures of the North! Learn about Manitoba’s First Nations communities with authentic cultural food, educational workshops, traditional art and northern wildlife. This package is a perfect add-on to those traveling to Churchill, Manitoba.

Inclusions

This package includes, but is not limited to, the following experiences:

  • Two (2) Folklorama workshops with cultural dinners**
  • Indigenous Stories Through Art private guided tour at the WAG-Quaumajug.
  • The Canadian Signature Experience Journey to Churchill private guided tour at the Assiniboine Park Zoo.
  • Northern Focus private guided tour at the Manitoba Museum.

Minimum group size: Two (2) participants
Maximum group size: 50 participants

Culture Quest

Treat yourself to a variety of hands-on workshops with Folklorama members from select ethno-cultural backgrounds and celebrate Manitoba’s own vibrant multicultural scene.

Inclusions

This package includes, but is not limited to, the following experiences:

  • Three (3) Folklorama workshops with cultural dinners**
  • The Truth and Reconciliation Through Art private guided tour at the WAG-Quaumajuq.
  • Private guided tour of St. Boniface, Winnipeg’s French Quarter.
  • Indigenous Focus private guided tour at the Manitoba Museum.

Minimum group size: 20 participants
Maximum group size: 50 participants

Green & Global

Explore the different pillars of sustainability within Manitoba! Hear powerful stories of social impact and learn about environmental practices through sustainable architecture and horticulture.

Inclusions

This package includes, but is not limited to, the following experiences:

  • Three (3) Folklorama workshops with cultural dinners**
  • Privately guided tour of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights galleries
  • Sustainability and Architecture privately guided tour of The Leaf at Assiniboine Park Conservancy
  • Custom environmental program at Fort Whyte Alive

Minimum group size: 20 participants
Maximum group size: 50 participants

The Folklorama workshops are run by our amazing members who will share their culture through music, dance, food, and hands-on experiences. Below are the many options to choose from:
