Folklorama’s 2026 Pavilion lineup!
The countdown to the 55th Folklorama Festival is on with just 100 days to go!
This milestone Festival will feature 45 Pavilions across its two-week run. You can experience some returning favourites, new and exciting VIP tours, and so much more.
The 55th Festival will feature two new additions—Salvadorian Pavilion and Heart of Romania Pavilion—and we’re excited to welcome back First Nations Pavilion, after a hiatus in 2025, Mexican Pavilion, back after a hiatus in 2024, and Chilean Pavilion, back for the first time since 2019. We’d also like to congratulate German, Scandinavian, and Ukraine Kyiv Pavilions, also celebrating 55 years in 2026!

What to expect
Folklorama 55 has something for everyone!
Each Pavilion will feature the Festival’s signature combination of vibrant performances, culinary delights, ethno-cultural displays and experiences, and of course, a souvenir area.
If you’re attending with youngsters, check out the children’s activities offered at a number of venues including but not limited to the Africa/Caribbean, British Isles , Chinese, First Nations, and Egyptian Pavilions.
Looking to keep the party going after the show’ over? This year, nine different Pavilions will feature late-night parties including the Africa, Brazilian, Caribbean, Chilean, Chile Lindo, German, Italian, Mexican and Salvadorian Pavilions.

2026 VIP tours
Whether you’re a first-time attendee looking to get a taste for Folklorama with an experienced tour guide or want to visit multiple Pavilions in one evening without the hassle of driving and parking, a VIP tour might be perfect for you!
There are 48 different VIP tours to choose from this year including our brand-new tours in partnership with Winnipeg Trolley Company and Pedal Pub Winnipeg! Our popular VIP Beer, Wine, and Non-Alcoholic cocktail tours are also returning this year.
Each VIP tour ticket allows you to bypass the line and includes a dedicated tour guide, reserved seating, a progressive meal, transportation, and more!
If you purchased tickets for a VIP Tour in 2025, you’ll receive a presale email on June 1st. VIP Tours will be on sale to the general public on June 8th.

This year’s Casinos of Winnipeg Kick-Off event will take place Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Assiniboine Park’s Lyric Theatre and Field from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
It is the only time you can see all the Pavilion Ambassadors in one spot! There will be ethno-cultural performances, a children’s area, food trucks, a 40th birthday party for the Folklorama Llama and much more. Don’t miss it!
