Hinode Taiko, Canada’s first multi-ethnic Taiko group, was founded in Winnipeg to promote this thrilling Japanese performing art in the Canadian heartland. Driven by a passion for Taiko, the group has built concert-quality drums, studied with the world’s greatest Taiko players, and created repertoire acclaimed by fans on two continents.
