Shalom! Come and discover the culture of the small and beautiful country of Israel. Set in a modern, cosmopolitan setting, it is steeped in history and traditions. Visit the Israel Pavilion and watch the internationally renowned Sarah Sommer Chai Folk Ensemble bring the best of Israeli folklore and culture through music, song, and dance. This year we are introducing a pre-show which will feature Winnipeg’s newest Israel dance group Kadima Dance Company blending tradition with innovation. Enjoy Israeli traditional dishes and the popular Israeli pastries and desserts, while you savour a glass of Israeli wine and Goldstar beer.
