What to expect

The Festival has something for everyone!
Each Pavilion will feature the Festival’s signature combination of vibrant performances, culinary delights, ethno-cultural displays and experiences, and of course, a souvenir area.
If you’re attending with youngsters, check out the children’s activities offered at a number of venues including the British Isles Pavilion, Greek and Italian Pavilions, the new Modern Chinese Pavilion or the First Nations Pavilion.
Looking to keep the party going after the show’s over? This year, seven different Pavilions will feature late-night parties including the new Mabuhay Philippines Pavilion, the Brazilian Pavilion, the Pavilion of Scotland, and the Chile Lindo Pavilion.
2025 VIP tours

Whether you’re a first-time attendee looking to get a taste for Folklorama with an experienced tour guide, or simply don’t want to worry about driving to different Pavilions, a VIP tour might be perfect for you!
There are 46 different VIP tours to choose from this year, including three brand new themed tours: a beer tour, a wine tour, and a zero-proof tour.
Each VIP tour ticket allows you to bypass the line and includes a dedicated tour guide, reserved seating, a progressive meal, transportation, and more!

This year’s Casinos of Winnipeg Kick-Off event will take place July 26, 2025, at Assiniboine Park’s Lyric Theatre and Field from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. It’s the only day you will see all Pavilions and Ambassadors come together in one place.
There will be ethno-cultural performances, a children’s area, activations by some of our partners, food trucks, and much more. Don’t miss it!
